New constitution be frame, APC convened by Seraiki Party, Taj M. Langah

MULTAN, March 18th: Pakistan Seraiki Party has invited parliamentary as well as other political, religious politco-religious parties and groups for All Parties Conference (APC) on March 22nd in Islamabad.Addressing a press conference Barrister Taj Muhammad Khan Langah chief of PSP, Malik Ijaz Ahmed, Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Ahmed Nawaz Somroo and Malik Javed Channer Advocate said that 1973's constitution had ended practically,now there was an immediate need of a constituent assembly to frame a new constitution with the consent of all nationalities living in Pakistan.He suggested that Government could rename the existing multi-parties assembly as constituent assembly to resolve the problem.Langah said that a private bill would be tabled in the parliament if section of Seraiki province(another federating unit) was not inducted in the constutional amendment bill.He said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto also made some undemocratic amendments in the constitution and similar practice was done by Mian Nawaz Sharif.to introduce one party Government.
