Six Passengers killed when van hit landmine
Six people, including two women, were killed and 19 others were injured in an explosion in the Dera Bugti district on Wednesday, a senior police officer said.
A pickup carrying 20 people was coming from Pirkoh to Loop in Dera Bugti when it hit a landmine placed near the Pathar Nala, instantly killing four people, including a woman, while injuring 16 others.Levies personnel, police and other law enforcement agencies rushed to the spot soon after the incident and cordoned off the area. The deceased and injured were taken to the PPL hospital, where two of the injured succumbed to their injuries.
