PPP Punjab President Imtiaz Safdar Waraich speaks

MULTAN,Feb 7th:Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Punjab President Chaudhry Imtiaz Safdar Warraich has said Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, after wastage of Rs.12 billion on “Sasti Roti” scheme, has introduced Danish school project to earn commission.

Addressing a press conference in Vehari today Waraich said that PML-N did not respond to 19-point agenda and PPP was extending its support to mian brother as per reconciliatory politics and commitment of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto  . Waraich said that PPP had learnt a lesson from the past mistakes and it will not sell its tickets in future.He  assured the workers that his party would provide jobs to its youth members in the public sector and would also give party tickets to them for the next local bodies elections. Warraich heard several complaints from the participants against the party leadership’s attitude towards the PPP Punjab youth wing. The participants said that the party was ignoring them despite their full support to the party. They also claimed that due to the ignorance of the party, a sense of deprivation was developing among the members of the youth wing as the party was neglecting them at every level. They demanded the party to provide jobs to the youth in the public sector. Imtiaz Safder Warriach, after listening to the complaints from the youth wing members, acknowledged that their complaints were true but the party had limited resources and it was trying to meet their needs.
He ensured the youth wing leaders and the party workers that they were the assets of the party.
